For this Fall 2022 semester in Generate (a student-led product development studio), my client is breathing.ai. Their company has created a browser extension that works to help you have healthier screen time. Our work this semester will include competitor research, site mapping, and low, mid, and high-fidelity prototypes. We are currently helping them design features that would aid a wearable item. So far, we have completed competitor research.
Here is the link to the company's site for the current browser extension.
UX Competitor Research
The images above contain the three extensions/applications that I researched. From left to right, they are Flux, Honey, and Grammarly. Below are some of the notes I made while researching each of them.
Analytics Page Re-Design
For this project, our client asked us to re-design the analytics page of the browser extension so that it could display information from a Fitbit. From this, we also built upon the analytics to display recommendations for the user based on the analytics gathered from Fitbit. Below are the hi-fis for the re-designed analytics page, which features recommendations and a heart rate graph.
